It is forbidden to use the logo or the information contained in LogoAgent.com for commercial or advertising purposes, or to increase the number of visitors to another site without prior written authorization from LogoAgent.com

4. Copyrights and trademarks

LogoAgent.com and the other names, logos and icons associated with products and services of LogoAgent.com are registered trademarks. In the absence of a clearly stated exception, no element of our service may be interpreted as according you any right to use the intellectual property of LogoAgent.com.

You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, diffusing, representing, reproducing, licensing, transferring or selling any information, software, product or service obtained through this web site, nor may you createany works derived from the aforesaid elements.

5. User name, password

You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your user name and your password. LogoAgent.com will not be held responsible for unauthorized use of your account. 6. Limits of responsibility

You hereby accept that LogoAgent.com cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its services. Moreover, you acknowledge that any information contained on our site is offered as such with no guarantee regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content.

LogoAgent.com provides files in established formats in the field of graphics, printing and the Internet. We have no responsibility with respect to the use you make of your logo.

LogoAgent.com commits itself to create an original logo for the client. However, it remains the client's responsibility to carry out all necessary verifications to establish that said logo does not infringe on any known trademark and/or does not infringe on any other logo already utilized by a third party.

In the event that the client is notified in writing of a conflict with a known logo, LogoAgent.com commits itself to proposing another logo, at its own expense. This commitment in no way constitutes an acknowledgment of responsibility. The client releases LogoAgent.com from any eventual responsibility and commits himself/herself not to bring any legal action against LogoAgent.com concerning said logo.

By accepting the logo created by LogoAgent.com and by paying the fees attached thereto, the client accepts the terms and conditions of this clause.

7. Ownership of content

You retain copyright title to the content that you submit to our service. However, you accord LogoAgent.com license to utilize this content for purposes of diffusion and promotion.

8. Breach of conditions of service

These conditions of service are put in place to protect our users as well as maintain the quality of service.

Be aware that any failure by you to respect the conditions hereby established may lead to the termination of your association with LogoAgent.com.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement on conditions of service is governed by the applicable laws in the province of Quebec. You hereby acknowledge that any litigation stemming from or connected with the use of the services and Internet sites of LogoAgent.com will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal, province of Quebec.

10. Indemnification

You hereby agree to assume liability for LogoAgent.com in the event that legal action is brought against the latter owing to a violation of the present conditions of service by you or any user of your link to LogoAgent.com.

LogoAgent.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify, without advance notice, a price or special offer.

13. Color printing

A slight change of colors may occur between the design as it appears on your private Web page and the final logo on your stationery. This is due to the difference between RGB and CMYK/PMS. The fact is that RGB is a method of color representation for a screen and, thus, is more luminous and has a wider color spectrum. On the other hand, CMYK, or PMS, is a method of printing on paper and, therefore, is less luminous and has a narrower color spectrum.
